Thank you for choosing our services at cib.
The following terms are applicable for any services that you have booked with us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to cib.
Service refers to the services provided by the Company as described on our Website.
Booking means a request by You to book a Service from Us.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
You are entitled to cancel your Booking within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling a Booking is 7 days from the date on which you made the Booking or the date on which you received confirmation of the Booking.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Booking, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any Service that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for any costs associated with the cancellation of the Service. We will process refunds to the original method of payment used during the booking.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays in receiving the refund. Please contact your bank or payment provider if you experience any issues with receiving your refund.
If the Service was booked as a gift and then transferred to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of the cancellation. Once the cancellation is processed, a gift certificate or credit will be issued to you.
If the Service wasn’t booked as a gift, or the gift giver had the Booking confirmation sent to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
